What our E-E-A-T experts do

Findwell builds the evidence in a set order. A real biography goes live at experts.yourfirm.com, on the firm's own domain, with each expert's topics tagged to the subject rather than the name. Findwell's editorial team then writes a monthly article in that expert's own voice, alongside topic pages carrying FAQ data, a last-updated date and a "most asked" section answering real client questions. The expert approves, Findwell publishes. Quotes and bylines are pitched in the expert's name, and every piece of press coverage lands back on the profile, where it keeps working.

How they work

The judgement E-E-A-T experts are paid for is who goes on the hub and what each of them is allowed to own. A select few genuine specialists, not the whole staff list, because a directory of everybody is evidence of nobody. Topic pages are written for the subject a buyer actually searches, the query behind "leading CSRD specialist" rather than a person's name, and the most asked answers are built as passages an answer engine can lift whole. Writers, editors, camera and press team are all Findwell's own, which is why the coverage is independent editorial and never paid placement.

When to bring them in

Firms bring in E-E-A-T experts when a journalist sourcing a comment on the subject reaches a competitor's specialist first. The second trigger is a bench that exists but cannot be seen: eighteen real specialists, or eighty, sitting behind a team page that records nobody's expertise. In Findwell's builds, pages typically reach native Google search in about two weeks and begin surfacing in AI answers at about eight. The standing commitment is one short session a month with each expert, and a single DNS record.

On AI discovery

"Just as importantly, the wider you go, the fiercer the competition . Don't fight for a category where everyone is racing for first place. It's better to own a niche completely than to occupy broad ground that's a war zone."

Questions about E-E-A-T experts

The questions we get asked most about expert authority (E-E-A-T), answered plainly.

What is expert authority and what does E-E-A-T mean?
Expert authority, shortened in search to E-E-A-T, is the experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust that Google and AI answer engines weigh when judging whether a named person genuinely knows a subject. Specialists in E-E-A-T build that evidence in public: a real biography at a URL the firm owns, topic pages tagged to the subject rather than the name, monthly articles in the expert's own voice, and independent press coverage that lands back on the profile.
What does the work actually involve, and how soon does anything show up in search?
Findwell builds and runs the expert hub on a subdomain of the firm's own site, which costs the firm one DNS record and no developer time. Each named expert gives one short session a month, and Findwell's in-house writers, camera team and press team produce everything after that. In Findwell's builds, pages typically reach native Google search in about two weeks and begin surfacing in AI answers at around eight.
How do you know whether any of it is working?
Findwell reports profile views, dwell time, published content, media desk activity, analytics and search rankings in a live dashboard, and each expert card carries current views, search rank and citations. On the press side, Profile, the PR agency behind Findwell, works to a minimum of three pieces of independent editorial coverage per release. The underlying test is whether a search on the subject returns the firm's named experts.
Is E-E-A-T the same as SEO?
E-E-A-T work overlaps with SEO without being the same thing. On-page and technical SEO improves how a document and a domain are read, while expert authority is evidence attached to a named person: a biography at a URL the firm owns, writing published in that person's voice, and independent press coverage carrying their name. Findwell is run by Profile, a PR agency rather than a software vendor, because coverage is the half no platform produces on its own.
When does a firm need an E-E-A-T expert, and when is it not the right thing to do?
Expert authority work is worth doing when buyers and journalists search the subject rather than the firm name, and the people who could answer them have no page of their own to be found on. Findwell is built for a select group of genuine specialists, whether that is eighteen people or eighty. Findwell is not the right fit for a firm that wants its whole staff list published, or for experts who will not sit for a short session each month.
